 Senior Consultant
Experience You Need:
Strategic planning, general management, organizational restructuring, development, planned giving, marketing, strategic planning, finance, or any other arts management functional expertise. Minimum 5 years senior management experience in the arts, non-profits, or for a consulting firm. Masters degree in arts administration or business strongly preferred. Familiarity with computer software programs relevant to your functional area, internet ability, word processing and spreadsheet knowledge.
As with any great consultant, you need to have excellent written and oral communication skills and an ability to quickly and effectively analyze complex situations and implement lasting solutions. The highest level of integrity and personal effectiveness is a hallmark of all professionals associated with the Arts Consulting Group.
Compensation:
Compensation is project-based plus expenses and is based on your experience at a senior management level. Relocation is not necessary, but some longer-term assignments may require temporary moves to other cities.
